found a good rhythm for managing my hours off work:
Day 1 - go climbing
Day 2 - do things that want doing, such as laundry or mail
Day 3 - do nothing
Day 4 - goto 1

@ojahnn typically following an old #3 is "#4: guilty sads about doing nothing", in my situation. i'm not good at forgiving my own lack of productivity. but i know it's ultra important to do so.
