Today I had to look a thing up and found a publication from 1992 about grouping words, by Brown and al. What I found out: "Humpty Dumpty" is a sticky pair, but "Dumpty Humpty" is not. Wow, scholarship way back ago was so lyrical!

@plutoman I think it's just about which pairing of both words you know and which you don't. Not about pronouncability.
