Ok: modularity. Fonts and glyphs, various individual symbols taking part in a firm organization of straight columns and rows. Typography is an apparatus, a way of writing by stringing instant imprints into groups, thus making up words and paragraphs. It's a rhythmic grid that holds forms and rational thoughts, though not just that—it can hold connotations and intuitions too.

Thought: It holds? Or can I just build connotations and intuitions on it? Or hang connotations and intuitions from it?

@digitalth I think this starts to bring in notions of "facts" and "truths" which a brain both thinks of as valid. But only foundations of fact follow into a validation of truth. That's what works, historically.

Mastodon is a "FOSS" social sharing hub. A multi-host substitution for capitalistic platforms, it avoids risking a particular company monopolizing your communication. Pick a host that you trust — you can still talk with all hosts running Mastadon. Any individual can run a Mastodon instantiation and join in this social hub in a jiffy.
